BookHotelsinRome.com is not responsible for any false information provided from the hotels. We do not debit any charges from your credit card, nor do we charge any booking fees. If your credit card has been charged due to late cancellation, late modification or no show, this is done so by the hotel structure and BookHotelsinRome.com take no responsibility for any of these charges. If a deposit is made in advance, this is made directly to the hotel structure. BookHotelsinRome.com take no responsibility for these payments or their refunds. We kindly ask not to be contacted for these matters.

BookHotelsinRome.com takes privacy very seriously. All effort is taken to safeguard the privacy of the customer and hotels. For this we have installed a security line (SSl) Secure Sockets Layer, a protocol developed for transmitting private details or documents via internet, using a cryptographic system. We treat all personal details in strict confidence. When making a reservation through this site the customer must give their personal details and contact details. This allows us to confirm and hold reservations. It also allows us to make contact with the customer in case of any necessary changes. Such details required during the booking will be passed on to the hotel that the customer has chosen. In any case your personal details will not be transmitted to a third party.
