Comment: Location was perfect, it was in the centre of piazza spagna near to the shopping streets. The room was clean.
For the fact that the hotel was near the street it is a bit noisy at night time.

Comment: Fantastic location and great staff. This hotel is right above the Spanish Steps, small and clean. We will be back!

Comment: Because I use to visit Rome at least twice per year, I selected this hotel for the location as it is very close to the market.

Comment: The location is excellent and for the money the hotel is absolutely fair. The staff were friendly & breakfast although basic, was perfectly adequate. We booked a double and a triple, but there was a mix up on the double so for the first night we had two singles, not a problem for us as our trip was a girls only trip, but had I been there with my husband I would not have been happy at all! Still they rectified the situation the next day. The triple was a lovely huge room.

Comment: The hotel was in an excellent location, right by the Spanish Steps. The desk attendants were nice and helpful. The room was fine, but dimly lit.

Comment: This is a great little hotel in a lovely area. The location is ideal even though it did mean having to lift a buggy with a tired child up the Spanish Steps on a return from a day's sightseeing.
Rooms are adequate and tastefully furnished. Those in the front are noisier than those facing the rather glum courtyard. In both rooms air conditioning worked fine and you could keep the window closed and the noise down.
Breakfast was fine with coffee, rolls and croissants and some jams and cheese.
Overall, nice, clean, pleasant and ideally located --what more could you want from your budget hotel?
We would definetly stay again.

Comment: Having read some reviews on this hotel prior to travelling we requested and got a room at the back of the hotel where we had been advised that it would be quiet and it was! Our room was clean, tidy and large. But the decor could have done with sprucing up a little bit.
