Comment: My husband and I, along with our friends, stayed at the Astoria Gardens for three nights. This was our first visit to Rome - and we weren't disappointed! This hotel was fantastic value for money and was conveniently situated within 5 mins walk of the Termini. The main purpose of a city break is to see as much as possible.

Comment: There are many hotels near Termini that can satisfy your needs for inexpensive accommodations within a fair price. The Astoria Garden however does this, but has a garden to add value to your stay. The rooms are smallish, but clean.

Comment: We stayed at the Astoria Garden Hotel on our first trip to Italy. It was a our first stop after landing. The place is real nice inside. The rooms are very tiny, which is usually the case anywhere. The breakfasts were buffets..Coffee, yogurt, bread, etc. Easily filled up enough to take us through a good part of the morning. The staff are all great...They took our suitcases upon arriving and brought them to our room while we checked in. They also hold your key for you when you leave, which was one less thing we had to worry about. The reception is there 24 hours a day, so there was never an issue with the key. For all those who don't know Italian, no worries here - Everyone spoke perfect English.

Comment: If you're going to Rome and want a reasonably priced hotel within a short walk from Termini, the train station, you can't go wrong with Astoria Garden.
We stayed two nights in early May, 2009, and were very pleased. The staff is very friendly and helpful, particularly the delightful bellman who explained to us that the most important thing in life is amore (love). How right he is!

Comment: Very happy with the hotel. It was convenient for transport. The garden looked very pretty although it was a bit cold for us to sit in it during our stay.

Comment: We stayed four nights at the Astoria Garden. It was an excellent hotel. The room was good size, the bed was comfortable and the desk people were very helpful. They had a free European breakfast which was very nice. Our room had a little balcony overlooking the garden which was nice. The hotel was located near the bus line.
