By airplane
The Amerigo Vespucci Airport lies around 4 km/2.5 miles from the city-centre of Florence. The airport has good connections to the center of the city, which can be reached in about fifteen minutes by taxi, and in about twenty minutes by the Sita/Ataf Fly by Bus shuttle-service, which runs between the airport and the Santa Maria Novella train station.
By train
The hotel is located only 200 metres (656 feet) from the Santa Maria Novella train station, and can be easily reached on foot. Exit the station on the left (by the pharmacy), cross the road and head right (towards McDonalds). Turn left into largo Alinari, then take the first right into via Fiume, where the hotel is situated at no.8.
By car
From the A1 highway, follow the directions to the Stazione Centrale, very close to the hotel. If you are arriving by car, please call the hotel on +39 055 292.079 to ensure that there are no traffic limitations in the city-centre on the day of your arrival.

- We had two rooms since we traveled with our 4 teenage kids. The bathrooms were in-room and small, but it's Europe. The rooms were both air conditioned well which was a good thing, it was warm. The proximity of Hotel Joli was perfect to all the historial places and markets in the center of town. Breakfast was good and they will even make you an espresso if you ask. It was a great stay. I'd definitely stay here again.

- The location of the Hotel Joli is fantastic! The staff was very helpful and accomodating. They booked our excursions promptly and recommended several restaurants for our meals. The rooms are not the most up to date, but they were comfortable and clean. Overall, the hotel is a great value for a weekend trip.
